Intro
615 Pecan Ave Round Rock TX 78664 is a diamond in the rough. Pecan Ave runs along Brushy Creek in the Downtown area of Round Rock. At first glance, this lot looked like nothing more than a small silver of land. Upon further investigation, we discovered it’s actually just over an acre! We purchased this land covered in dense brush, since then we have cleared the land. We are now in the rezoning stage which is needed in order to build the four duplex units we want to build.
